Sandor Schellenberg is the owner and founder of friendlyITsolutions, which mainly focuses on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related software in the Microsoft stack. He is a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant/Solution Architect and is specialized in data migration & integration. In autumn 2009 his work was recognised and rewarded with a invitation to Scribe Software MVP Program.
His roots in Microsoft-based Internet technologies go back more than twelve years, and since 2005 he has specialized in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Starting with his first guest post on the blog of Menno te Koppele, he decided to start his own blog, Friendly Microsoft CRM Monster, a blog with a wink. The blog is widely read in the Dynamics CRM community and focused mainly on Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical and integration/migration topics.
James Townsend, Founder and CEO, has published over fifty articles and books on databases and business computing, the most recent being Building Portals, Intranets and Corporate Web Sites with Microsoft Servers (Addison Wesley, 2004) as well as Web Development with Microsoft Resources (SAMS, 1996).
Jim received his Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Methodist College in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and his Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
Mark Polino is a Microsoft MVP for Dynamics GP and a Senior Consultant with I.B.I.S., Inc. Prior to his work with I.B.I.S., Mark was the Chief Financial Officer for Transit Television Network, Mark has been working with Dynamics GP and its predecessors since 1999. He is a Florida licensed CPA and holds an MBA from Rollins College.
Jeffrey McDowell is the President of Fastpath, the leading audit compliance and security provider for Microsoft Dynamics. Fastpath offers Sarbanes Oxley compliance solutions for Dynamics AX, NAV, CRM and GP and has customers on six continents ranging from 5 to several thousand users.
Jeff has been providing ERP solutions for almost twenty years. His career has included almost every aspect in the lifecycle of a project including software development, project management, product design and every management aspect of a services delivery and a software development company.

Vjekoslav Babic has twelve years of experience in the IT industry, mainly in software development and business management software implementation. He has spent the last five years implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV, mainly for upper mid-size enterprises, but has also worked on big hub-and-spoke global implementations for large multinational corporations.
He has hands-on experience with various technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SharePoint Server, development environments including Microsoft Visual Studio and Borland Delphi, and programming languages including C#, C++, Visual Basic and Pascal.
From a business perspective, he has broad experience working with customers in various verticals, including food and beverages, gas, pharmaceuticals, retail, logistics, printing, financial services, healthcare and the public sector. His project experience includes ERP, CRM, collaboration, e-commerce, knowledge management and business intelligence solutions.
He is also a technical trainer, a technical writer with more than forty published articles, a blogger, and a regular speaker at Microsoft conferences in Croatia. He also has a blog on NAV.
Cindy Colonna is the President and Cofounder of Team Technology, Inc. Team Technology, Inc., founded in 1997, has been providing recruiting, staffing and consulting services specializing in Information Technology to Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas, as well as providing implementation, customization and support services for Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing Business Software for over 8 years.
Cindy is an information technology professional with over 20 years experience in the computer industry. Cindy is responsible for the management of Team Technology’s technical resources, for project management, and for tactical and strategic planning for the company.
Cindy has served on a US Congressional Appropriation “Strategies for Success” Advisory Committee, a joint venture between the University of North Carolina Charlotte (UNC Charlotte) and Johnson C. Smith University(JCSU). She has served on various committees for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce in a volunteer capacity over the past 10 years, and has worked closely with Microsoft in creating Charlotte’s first .NET Users group.
Prior to the creation of Team Technology, Cindy held a long career with Sealand Shipping, a 5 billion dollar International Shipping Company. Her responsibilities included managing a 1.2 million dollar budget for the Corporate Sales & Marketing systems, full project life cycle on a Sales Force Automation project including implementation on over 250 laptops worldwide, and support, maintenance and enhancement of the company’s McCormick & Dodge accounting system."
Michael Holland founded our parent company, Management Advisory Systems, Corp. in 1993 with a group of former “Big Six” managers and industry experts. He has managed and participated in several hundred business based technology projects over the past twenty years. He has successfully designed, sold and executed management consulting, growth management and technology consulting projects for clients ranging from multinational enterprises to mid-size organizations.
Prior to founding MAS, Mr. Holland worked for Arthur Andersen and PriceWaterhouse/Coopers as a project manager and practice director responsible for establishing and building consulting practices for several offices throughout the United States.
Mike also developed and conducted business and technology training courses that have been attended by over 1000 Fortune 500 executives.
Recently, in response to growing Microsoft partner demand, Mike co-founded the Dynamics Partner Plus program with Trinh Abrell after having established and managed a successful Microsoft partnership. His current management team has been successful in applying the thousands of “lessons learned” from the consulting practice to the specific and unique requirements of growing a Microsoft partnerships.
Scott Priestley is the President and founder of Lionshare Software, Inc., an ERP and CRM consulting practice based near Raleigh, NC. With more than 20 years experience in Information Technology, Mr. Priestley is an active member of the Society for Information Management and Project Management International.
Mr. Priestley’s background includes extensive ERP software selection, ERP consulting and ERP implementation project management with such companies as Microsoft, Toyoda and Chrysler. He has called upon his more than 20 years experience to develop Lionshare’s proprietary methodologies and tools for streamlining and improving ERP and CRM product selection, vendor evaluation and project management.

Doug Haynie is subject matter expert and a former Microsoft employee with 100s of successful implementations in almost every industry. He is certified in FRx, Forecaster and PerformancePoint Server. The holds a degree in Accounting, an MBA and is Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He has taught and presented on BI and CPM topics to a wide variety of audiences.
Jörg A. Stryk has worked with Microsoft Dynamics NAV since 1997, version 1.20.
Being project-manager, consultant, administrator, developer or supporter on Microsoft partner-sites and NAV customer-sites, he has thoroughly explored nearly all areas of the application and its technology.
Since 2003 he is focusing on "Dynamics NAV & SQL Server Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting", founding his company "STRYK System Improvement" in 2006. As a freelance consultant, he is supporting Microsoft Dynamics partners and customers with their NAV/SQL projects worldwide.
His book "The NAV/SQL Performance Field Guide" (ISBN 978-3-8370-1442-6) is published in Europe, the United Kingdom and North America.
In recognition of his valuable participation in various NAV communities, he received the Microsoft award "Most Valuable Professional" (MVP) for MS Dynamics NAV in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Matthew Wittemann is the Chief Operating Officer of North Carolina (USA) based C5 Insight, a CRM and SharePoint consultancy that has been helping companies improve their use of technology in sales, marketing and service since 2001. A four-time Microsoft MVP award recipient, Matthew is a frequent contributor to CRM industry publications and user communities. He is the author of the ICU-MSCRM blog, a website dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, for which he was recently ranked 22nd among the top 100 most influential figures in the Microsoft Dynamics industry. With a diverse background in web technologies, he has led the development of numerous complex and award-winning CRM deployments, and has recently turned much of his focus towards using Microsoft CRM and SharePoint technologies as a rapid application development platform.
Mike Ehrenberg is a Distinguished Engineer working on business application architecture for the Dynamics team within the Business Division at Microsoft. He leads the work on long term product roadmap, and on driving the relationships between Dynamics and the system, platform and tools teams across Microsoft.
Ehrenberg joined Microsoft in 2003, after 25 years of business application development across banking and brokerage transaction systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for process manufacturing, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions. At Olivetti, he led the development of one of the first commercial banking systems for Windows. As CTO at Marcam, Ehrenberg drove the development of the first ERP product for Windows NT, deeply architected for the Microsoft platform. At Frictionless Commerce, he led the development of one of the first complete SRM solutions deployable by design either on-premise or as a service.
Bojan leads the IT department of Delta Sport, an international company focusing on retail and wholesale in sports (three times best distributor by Nike), fashion and HoReCa. He and his team earned three ICT awards in the last three years (Serbian Software Engineers Plaque and 2x Discobulos ICT Award).
He is very passionate about Dynamics AX, on which his magistrate thesis was about, and is now writing his PhD. Delta Sport is a Dynamics AX pioneer in Serbia and was one of first to perform upgrade from Axapta 3 to Dynamics AX 2009 which Microsoft acknowledged as one of best projects in 37 countries in CEE and made a video case study about it.
Bojan is a strong proponent of agile software development. He is the founder of Scrum User Group – Serbia and has trained more than 120 people in Scrum. He is a Microsoft MVP for Dynamics AX and in the past earned certificates in Dynamics AX, .NET and Scrum.
Jennifer began her tenure with Bottomline in 2005, first joining the corporate payments team as a regional sales executive. Since then she has won progressive sales leadership roles with the company, culminating in her current position leading both the direct and channel sales teams for Bottomline’s Corporate Solutions Group including the company’s payments, documents and invoice automation portfolio of products. Jennifer’s growing base of knowledge in the Document Process Automation (DPA) market specifically has supported significant growth in the Microsoft Dynamics market, today including more than 60 successful customer implementations and more than 25 strategic ISV partners. In addition to her sales and partner development tasks, Jen continues to serve as a key resource for customer solutions consultancy, business development, and training. Prior to joining Bottomline, Jennifer served as a hardware and software sales manager with PC Connection, as well as a regional sales manager at Apogent Technologies (now ThermoFisher) for three of their subsidiaries. Jennifer has been a frequent and highly-rated presenter at Dynamics-focused conferences, educational forums and Web events, including the annual AXUG Summit, NAVUG Forum, Microsoft Convergence and numerous regional AX user groups.
Dick Wenning has studied Computer Science in the Netherlands. Since completing his education he has developed software for the medical, local government and telecom industries. Dick started working in 2001 for Navision Netherlands where he was giving technical trainings and managing escalations at partner support. He became member of the localization team of Dynamics AX when Navision became part of Microsoft. His career continued for a short period at Watermark before he began working for Crimsonwing Promentum where he’s now part of skilled team responsible for ramping up Partners on Dynamics AX. Dick specializes on performance and integration with Dynamics AX and he’s asked frequently to consult with partners and also Microsoft in Europe.
Dick is also member of the AX 6 Beta program.
In his spare time, Dick is running his blog axstart.spaces.live.com and is a frequent speaker on technical seminars in Western Europe. This commitment has been recognized and rewarded by Microsoft with the MVP award. Dick is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) for Dynamics AX development and installation.

Ayaz is a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics CRM having 9 years of progressive experience in Software Development and managing large projects and technical teams.

David Yack is a hands on technology consultant, author, speaker and trainer with solid management experience in privately held and Fortune 500 companies. David has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
David is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has been developing on the Microsoft platform since 1992 and is unique in the fact that he also has strong Unix/Java/C++ development experience as well. Guy Weismantel is a global marketing director with Microsoft Corp. in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP Division, where he is responsible for the company’s product marketing and messaging and the positioning of its enterprise resource planning portfolio of products.
Before joining Microsoft, Weismantel was a senior director of Corporate Marketing with Business Objects, where he was responsible for the company’s performance management marketing operations. He has also held leadership positions at Manugistics Inc.; The Vista Technology Group, a leading provider of CRM solutions to the retail and consumer package goods markets; and Baxter Healthcare Corp. and its subsequent spinoff of Caremark International Inc., where he was the manager of Corporate Finance in the company’s internal audit department.
Weismantel is a member of the American Marketing Association, and is a CPA in the state of Illinois. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Doug Bertram is a Regional Manager with Metafile Information Systems, Inc. Bertram is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies for clients in the Midwest and Western regions. Henrik has worked in the IT services industry since 1994 for both service providers as well as end user customers. His career has focused on ERP solutions, primarily with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft XAL (formerly CONCORDE XAL), progressing from systems development towards business consulting and management related tasks. In 2004 Henrik became a Dynamics AX product manager for Logica where he worked mainly with product strategy, presales, solution architecture and developed an expertise with Microsoft server products and data warehouse design. In 2008 he became the Vice President of IT at Fritz Hansen before returning to Logica in 2010 where he is now responsible for their European Microsoft presales team.

Belinda Allen is originally from Georgia, and started Infoserv Accounting with her husband in 1989, which was primarily a payroll processing and booking department for small businesses in South Carolina, basically being the liaison between the customer and their CPA. In 1991, they became Great Plains Qualified Installers. Once they became a Value Added Reseller in 1992, they closed the accounting side, and focused exclusively on Great Plains. In 1998, they sold their customer base in South Carolina and moved to New York City; renaming their company to Smith & Allen Consulting. With almost 20 years of experience, in a variety of businesses up and down the east coast, Belinda has a vast knowledge in GP and how people use it, earning her the nickname “Belinda, the GP CSI.”

Johnson II co-founded Straight Arrow Consulting, Inc., a Microsoft Dynamics Consultancy, in 2009 after spending more than 5 years as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of International Operations at Gibson Guitar Corp. in Nashville, TN. Michael has been implementing Dynamics GP and its predecessor solutions since 1997 as a consultant and corporate IT executive. His specialties include Supply Chain Management, Warehousing/Distribution, and Field Service Management. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and a MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Tony is North American Vice President for Zap, a BI vendor that won Microsoft’s 2009 Independent Software Vendor/Software Solutions Innovation Partner of the Year award for its out-of-the-box BI solutions that are Certified for Microsoft Dynamics. Tony has worked with many Dynamics customers and partners on BI projects and has seen the pros and cons of different approaches.
A Master of Electronic Commerce and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Product Specialist, Blair has implemented and managed many unique projects where the objective was to increase operational effectiveness through integrated business processes, which in turn yielded better visibility of operation data. In 2009, he ran a BI project for Canadian mattress manufacturer and NAV customer Natura World, ensuring that the BI solution was implemented in days. He has since provided BI advice to other Dynamics customers and brings extensive project management and BI experience to the table.
