Sandor Schellenberg is the owner and founder of friendlyITsolutions, which mainly focuses on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related software in the Microsoft stack. He is a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant/Solution Architect and is specialized in data migration & integration. In autumn 2009 his work was recognised and rewarded with an invitation to Scribe Software MVP Program.

His roots in Microsoft-based Internet technologies go back more than fourteen years, and since 2005 he has specialized in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Starting with his first guest post on the blog of Menno te Koppele, he decided to start his own blog, Friendly Microsoft CRM Monster, a blog with a wink. The blog is widely read in the Dynamics CRM community and focused mainly on Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical and integration/migration topics.

Mark Polino is a Microsoft MVP for Dynamics GP and a Senior Consultant with I.B.I.S., Inc. Prior to his work with I.B.I.S., Mark was the Chief Financial Officer for Transit Television Network, Mark has been working with Dynamics GP and its predecessors since 1999. Frank Hamelly Consultant, Trainer

Frank Hamelly, founder and CEO of East Coast Dynamics, is a Microsoft Certified Business Professional - GP, Microsoft Certified Trainer and Microsoft MVP. Amber Bell has over 10 years experience in training users on Microsoft Dynamics GP. Amber's approach to hands-on training focuses on the critical "must know" features as well as the "One Microsoft" theme that shows users how to take advantage of familiar Microsoft Office tools to be more productive in Dynamics GP. Vjekoslav Babic Consultant, Author

Vjekoslav Babić is an independent Microsoft Dynamics NAV consultant, trainer, author and blogger, with 8 years of experience in NAV and close to 15 years of experience in IT.

Heather Fitz-Gerald The Createch Group, Director

Heather Fitz-Gerald is the Professional Services Manager with The Createch Group’s Microsoft Business Unit in Ontario. Her team is responsible for service delivery in Ontario of both Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM. A certified PMP and MCP, Heather has worked with Microsoft Dynamics NAV for more than 12 years. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and a Masters degree from the University of Toronto.

 

Guy Riddle eSavvy, CRM Solution Architect

Guy Riddle is a CRM Solution Architect for eSavvy (www.esavvy.com.au). Before joining eSavvy, Guy led the CRM product strategy for Praxa Limited (the Australian subsidiary of CDC Software) and prior to that founded Snapdragon Consulting, one of the first Microsoft CRM Consulting practices in Australia.

Julie Yack Colorado Technology Consultants, Inc., Chief Operations Officer

Julie Yack is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP, CRM Certified Professional, Microsoft Small Business Specialist and a Certified Scrum Master. Additionally Julie has earned both her Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Master of Business Administration degrees. Julie has served as system administrator, project manager, customizer and trainer for several Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations. Belinda Allen is originally from Georgia, and started Infoserv Accounting with her husband in 1989, which was primarily a payroll processing and booking department for small businesses in South Carolina, basically being the liaison between the customer and their CPA. In 1991, they became Great Plains Qualified Installers. Once they became a Value Added Reseller in 1992, they closed the accounting side, and focused exclusively on Great Plains. Larry Lentz Lentz Computer Services, Founder

Larry Lentz is a computer professional with over 28 years of experience. In 1982 he joined Electronic Data Systems as a Systems Engineer and helped develop systems for the US Army Medical service. In 1989 he decided to become an independent and founded Lentz Computer Services. LCS serves the technology needs of small businesses in the South Texas area. In additional to taking care of his clients’ computers and networks, he has also specialized in contact management programs from the beginning. Alex started programming when he was 10 years old on a Commodore 64, and then on an Amiga 500. Prior to joining PowerObjects as CIO, Alex spent 10 years with Fortune 500 Corporation General Mills where he held various IT management and leadership positions. Matt Traxinger graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005 with a B.S. in Computer Science, specializing in Human Computer Interaction and Cognitive Science. David Pennington is director of Product Marketing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. He brings to the position a unique blend of experience in product management and marketing. Pennington joined Microsoft in October 2007 and previously managed Microsoft Dynamics existing customer services team. Before joining Microsoft, Pennington spent time at IBM and Envision Telephony in various Product Management disciplines. He has deep expertise and experience in managing, designing and launcing successful software solutions for enterprise contact centers.

Robert Boone Sunrise Technologies, Senior Technical Architect

Robert Boone is a Senior Technical Architect with Sunrise Technologies focusing on Dynamics AX. He was responsible for the technical design and implementation in multiple successful large-scale AX ERP projects. He designed and implemented many transactional and analytical systems using core Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies. Robert also integrated AX with many other diverse systems as part of overall solutions. He worked with SQL Server since 7.0 delivering relational data warehouses and multi-dimensional cubes.

Henrik Marx Larsen Logica, Solution Architect

Having worked with ERP since 1994, and Dynamics AX specifically since 1998, Henrik has experience from a variety of roles including developer, business consultant and IT manager. He has gained knowledge from a number of industries i.e. manufacturing, wholesales and professional services. Currently Henrik works as the principle Solution Architect at Logica advising enterprise clients on solution architecture and implementation strategy.

Andy graduated from the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Economics and Computer Applications.

Errol Schoenfish Microsoft, Director Product Management, Microsoft Dynamics

A native of North Dakota, Errol’s 21-year career has been exclusively involved in the ERP/CRM software industry. As the Director of Product Management for the past 4 years, Errol has led the product direction of Microsoft Dynamics GP working closely with the development organization on strategy and cross-Microsoft product collaboration.

Errol previously led Partner and Field evangelism for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the early years of that products lifecycle. Errol gained international experience as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Microsoft Business Solutions Australia, leading the MBS sales and marketing strategies from 2001 to 2003.
Errol is based in Fargo where he was the Director of National and Global Accounts for Great Plains Software from 1999 to 2001. Jannik Bausager Microsoft, Director, Dynamics NAV Global Product Management Team

Jannik Bausager is the Director of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Global Product Management team. Jannik has 22 years of experience within the IT industry. His experience ranges from development to consultancy. In his career he has been country product responsible for several countries and responsible for the first localization of the Microsoft Windows version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. He has been 3 years in Asia for Navision as country sales manager. Bjorn Kuijt To-Increase

Before joining to-Increase, Bjorn held the position of business consultant in several
domestic and international implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX. He joined
To-Increase in 2005 with seven years experience in the software industry, including
work for Concorde XAL.

Before his current position, Bjorn led the To-Increase Business Integration and
Discrete Manufacturing development teams for Microsoft Dynamics AX. After
joining To-Increase, one of his first goals was to gain a foothold in the United States.

Today, Bjorn works with a world-wide network of partners to expand and
strengthen the To-Increase portfolio for Microsoft Dynamics AX business solutions.
Bjorn has worked with Microsoft Dynamics AX since 1998. His business interests are
geared toward expanding verticals for Microsoft Dynamics, Business Integration,
Product Lifecycle Management, partnership, and Business Process management.

Pepijn Richter Microsoft, Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Dynamics AX

Since 2001 Pepijn has worked with Microsoft Dynamics AX in various roles including training, pre-sales, and product marketing both on a national as well as international level. The last 5 years, he has been responsible for outbound marketing for Microsoft Dynamics AX and based in Redmond, WA. With his background in logistics, Pepijn has had various roles in the automotive industry and higher education prior to joining Microsoft. His international experience includes projects in Germany, France, Netherlands, and US.

 

Brent Fisher Tribridge, Practice Manager for Dynamics NAV

Brent Fisher is the Practice Manager for Dynamics NAV at Tribridge (www.tribridge.com). As the practice manager he is responsible for the successful delivery of NAV projects, strategy, managing key ISV relationships and growth of Dynamics NAV. In addition to his responsibilities as practice manager Brent participates in projects as a technical solution architect advising clients on using technology to meet business requirements. He has participated the last two Technology Adoption Program (TAP) for Dynamics NAV working with the Microsoft product team on design decisions, product improvements and testing of future releases. Brent graduated from the University of Texas - Arlington with a B.S in Computer Science & Engineering.

Alan Campbell Archer Point

Alan Campbell, CBAP, PMP, CSR has been working with corporate ERP systems for over 30 years. Originally working with mainframe applications, Alan migrated to PC based applications during the mid- 1980s which ultimately lead to the Microsoft Dynamic NAV project line.
