Heather Fitz-Gerald is the Director at Createch responsible for the pre-sales activities of their Microsoft Business Unit in Ontario. She has worked with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and related technologies for over 10 years, both as an implementation consultant and a project manager. Prior to working with ERP systems, Heather worked as an accountant for Ernst & Young and was self-employed for a number of years as a management consultant specializing in small business systems. She is a certified PMP and MCP, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and a Masters degree from the University of Toronto.
