David Pennington is director of Product Marketing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. He brings to the position a unique blend of experience in product management and marketing. Pennington brings 13+ years of product management and marketing experience of business application and a deep understanding of how technology can be used for business advantage. His responsibilities include product launch planning, press and analyst relations, executive communications and product evangelism.
Pennington joined Microsoft in October 2007 and previously managed Microsoft Dynamics existing customer services team. Before joining Microsoft, Pennington spent time at IBM and Envision Telephony in various Product Management disciplines. He has deep expertise and experience in managing, designing and launcing successful software solutions for enterprise contact centers.
Pennington has a bachelor of social science degree from Washington State University.
