PDF format for statements.
Hi MVP,
Why can we generate PDF invoices and e-mail but the original PM Statements still needs Adobe PDF writer to be purchased.

Also the send to Send to Mail recipent on all reports in PDF.
If GP has the right to create PDF in one area of the system why not in all area.
GP Order fulfillment should generate an error report
We have a situation where, although rare, a Sales Order item is fulfilled but the item does not go to Invoice. For instance, if an order had qty 25 on B/O, after the items shipped, GP has:
Quantity to Invoice = 0
Quantity Fulfilled = 25
Quantity Cancelled = 0
Quantity to B/O = 25
It would appear that the quantity outstanding is negative (Quantity to Invoice - Quantity Fulfilled).
Quantity to Invoice can be greater than Quantity Fulfilled if allocation occurred, otherwise items are backordered.
Why does GP allow this? Should GP not prevent this from happening? If it is user error on input, should they not get an error message so it can be corrected before posting?

If you run the Reconcile on SOP Document amounts/inventory is the problem corrected?

We are running GP 9.0, and planning to updgrade to the latest version in 2012. What are the major changes in the newest release? Are there any major issues to look out for with the upgrade? What are the biggest advantages and disadvantages of such an upgrade?
