Cindy Jutras is a widely recognized expert in analyzing the impact of enterprise applications on business performance. Utilizing over 35 years of corporate experience and specific expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, customer service and business performance management, Cindy has spent the past 5 years benchmarking the performance of software solutions in the context of the business benefits oftechnology.
Prior to founding Mint Jutras, Cindy was Vice President, Research Fellow and Group Director for the Aberdeen Group where she conducted survey-based research on ERP, suite-based enterprise applications and business performance management. During her tenure with Aberdeen she directly managed a variety of research practices including Enterprise Applications and ERP, Manufacturing, Product Innovation and Engineering, GRC and Financial Management, Strategic Service Management and Human Capital Management. In addition, she played a leadership role in developing Aberdeen research staff, methodologies and best practices.
Prior to joining AberdeenGroup, Cindy was a Senior Director at SSA Global, where she built partnerships for the purpose of collaborative business development and had been responsible for formulating and executing Pricing and Licensing strategies across eight product families and more than twenty product lines. Prior to this she was Vice President of Product Strategy for interBiz, a division of Computer Associates, where she led product direction and market planning, anticipating business requirements of manufacturing companies as economic, political and technological environments evolved worldwide. Her previous experience includes 10 years leading regional manufacturing consulting with the ASK Group, and an additional 10 years with a variety of manufacturing, consulting and software companies where she held a diversity of positions in software design and development, project and general management.
Cindy has traveled the world speaking at executive conferences on her original supply chain concept, Virtually Vertical Manufacturing. She is the author of the book ERP Optimization as well as numerous magazine articles and published white papers.
Cindy holds a Masters of Applied Science from Boston University and a BA from Merrimack College in mathematics, with concentration in physics and computer science.
Vjekoslav Babić is an independent Microsoft Dynamics NAV consultant, trainer, author and blogger, with 8 years of experience in NAV and close to 15 years of experience in IT.

Mike Ehrenberg is a Technical Fellow working on business application architecture for the Dynamics team within the Business Division at Microsoft. He leads the work on long term product roadmap, and on driving the relationships between Dynamics and the system, platform and tools teams across Microsoft.
Ehrenberg joined Microsoft in 2003, after 25 years of business application development across banking and brokerage transaction systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for process manufacturing, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions. At Olivetti, he led the development of one of the first commercial banking systems for Windows. As CTO at Marcam, Ehrenberg drove the development of the first ERP product for Windows NT, deeply architected for the Microsoft platform. At Frictionless Commerce, he led the development of one of the first complete SRM solutions deployable by design either on-premise or as a service.
Ehrenberg and his family live in Seattle, and love spending time cycling, skiing, watching and playing soccer, and enjoying the world champion Boston Red Sox and their distinguished golden retriever, Lucy.

Mark Brummel is an all-round Microsoft Dynamics NAV specialist.
Mark is the author of the book Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Application Design.
He started in 1997 as an end user but quickly moved to the other side of the table. During ten years he has worked for resellers where designing and maintaining add-on systems was his specialization. Some of these add-on systems exceed the standard product where it comes to size and complexity. Also coaching colleagues and troubleshooting ‘impossible' problems where passion is part of day-to-day work.
Mark has trained most of the experienced NAV developers for the NAV 2009 product in The Netherlands and Belgium. Today he is working freelance, is hired by almost every NAV reseller in the Benelux area and also frequently asked to help out in escalated implementations by end users. Mark is an associate in the Liberty Grove Software network and a freelance consultant at SQL Perform Benelux. Mark was the first world wide to use the NAV 2009 (CTP3) product in a production system feeding back valuable information to Microsoft.
When time is left, Mark maintains his blog on www.brummelds.com. This blog contains a wide range of articles about both the Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SQL Server product. He is also a frequent speaker at Microsoft events.
In 2006 Mark was rewarded by Microsoft with the Most Valuable Professional award for his contribution to the online and offline communities. In 2007 he also reviewed Programming Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Greg has been implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the better part of his career. Greg first began implementing business solutions in 1997 and hasn't looked back.
After graduating from the University of Texax at Austin, Greg spent the early part of his career in the "Big Six." After becoming a CPA, Greg left Public Accounting to become the controller of a public company. Upon the succesful completion of that first implementation in 1997, Greg decided to make a career of implementing business solutions and now he can't imagine doing anything else.
Matt Traxinger graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005 with a B.S. in Computer Science, specializing in Human Computer Interaction and Cognitive Science. After college he took a job as an add-on developer using a language he was unfamiliar with for a product he had never heard of: Navision. It turned out to be a great decision.
In the years following Matt learned all areas of the product and earned Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Professional certifications in both technical and functional areas of NAV. He continues to stay current with new releases of the product and is certified in multiple functional and technical areas for versions 4.0, 5.0, and 2009.
Matt authored the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Programming Cookbook in October 2010 in an effort to teach NAV beginners the basics of the C/AL programming language and expand the .NET knowledge of more senior NAV developers. Noah Moseley is a founding partner of the MSX Group and specializes in budgeting, financial reporting and analysis software solutions. Noah has an accounting degree from Troy University and years of field experience implementing Microsoft FRx, Microsoft Forecaster and Microsoft Management Reporter for partners and clients as a Microsoft Certified consultant. His years leading consulting implementations have given Noah a broad understanding of budgeting and reporting requirements across a diverse range of industries including advertising, agriculture, aviation, government, legal, manufacturing, medical and non-profits – to list a few.

Steven Renders is a Microsoft Certified Trainer with skills spanning business and technical domains. During the latest years he specialized in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft SQL Server.
He has more than 15 years of business and technical experience. He provides training and consultancy focused on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft SQL Server, Business Intelligence Solutions, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and Database Performance Tuning.
