Vjekoslav Babić is an independent Microsoft Dynamics NAV consultant, trainer, author and blogger, with 8 years of experience in NAV and close to 15 years of experience in IT.
As a solutions architect and a project manager with a leading Microsoft Dynamics President’s Club service provider company, as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV consultant with Microsoft Services, and as an independent consultant, he has been working on Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementations ranging from tiny one-man-bands to international mega-corporations, delivering services and trainings all over the world.
In 2008, Vjekoslav co-authored the acclaimed book Implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009. Heather Fitz-Gerald is the Professional Services Manager with The Createch Group’s Microsoft Business Unit in Ontario. Her team is responsible for service delivery in Ontario of both Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM. A certified PMP and MCP, Heather has worked with Microsoft Dynamics NAV for more than 12 years. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and a Masters degree from the University of Toronto.
Eric is one of the founding partners of iFacto Business Solutions (www.ifacto.be). With his 11 years of technical expertise, he is an everyday inspiration to its development team. As development manager he continually acts upon iFacto's technical readiness and guarantees that he and iFacto are always on top of the latest Microsoft Dynamics NAV developments.

Matt Traxinger graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005 with a B.S. in Computer Science, specializing in Human Computer Interaction and Cognitive Science. After college he took a job as an add-on developer using a language he was unfamiliar with for a product he had never heard of: Navision. It turned out to be a great decision.
In the years following Matt learned all areas of the product and earned Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Professional certifications in both technical and functional areas of NAV. He continues to stay current with new releases of the product and is certified in multiple functional and technical areas for versions 4.0, 5.0, and 2009.
Matt is a Microsoft MVP who authored the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Programming Cookbook in October 2010 in an effort to teach NAV beginners the basics of the C/AL programming language and expand the .NET knowledge of more senior NAV developers. Steven Renders is a Microsoft Certified Trainer with skills spanning business and technical domains. During the latest years he specialized in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft SQL Server.
He has more than 16 years of business and technical experience. He provides training and consultancy focused on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft SQL Server, Business Intelligence Solutions, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and Database Performance Tuning.
Steven is the author of the book: Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009: Professional Reporting and was also a reviewer of the book: Programming Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009.
Steven has also presented at various Microsoft MSDN and TechNet evenings, conferences, communities, events and the MCT Summit.

Thure Svane-Dupont has extensive experience in project management, general management and ERP (AX) implementations. He started working as Project Administrator for international development projects in 1988. In the 90’s he was Assistant Director in a distribution company in Denmark, and he has worked as ERP manager in a major Danish recycling company. The last 10 years he has worked for Columbus as Senior Business Consultant and Functional Solution Architect.

Andy Snook is President at Fastpath, Inc., a leader in security, audit and compliance solutions for mid-market companies. Mr. Snook has been designing audit and compliance solutions for over 10 years and has assisted with compliance projects at more than 100 companies. Andy is Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP. Prior to his work at Fastpath, Andy was a financial systems implementation consultant for Microsoft Dynamics and an SAP management consultant at Ernst & Young. Andy graduated from the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Economics and Computer Applications.
Jannik Bausager is the Director of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Global Product Management team. Jannik has 22 years of experience within the IT industry. His experience ranges from development to consultancy. In his career he has been country product responsible for several countries and responsible for the first localization of the Microsoft Windows version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. He has been 3 years in Asia for Navision as country sales manager. Currently his responsibilities include initiatives related to partner productivity tools, including messaging, product roadmap, market research and overall product strategy.
Brent Fisher is the Practice Manager for Dynamics NAV at Tribridge (www.tribridge.com). As the practice manager he is responsible for the successful delivery of NAV projects, strategy, managing key ISV relationships and growth of Dynamics NAV. In addition to his responsibilities as practice manager Brent participates in projects as a technical solution architect advising clients on using technology to meet business requirements. He has participated the last two Technology Adoption Program (TAP) for Dynamics NAV working with the Microsoft product team on design decisions, product improvements and testing of future releases. Brent graduated from the University of Texas - Arlington with a B.S in Computer Science & Engineering.

Alan Campbell, CBAP, PMP, CSR has been working with corporate ERP systems for over 30 years. Originally working with mainframe applications, Alan migrated to PC based applications during the mid- 1980s which ultimately lead to the Microsoft Dynamic NAV project line. Alan currently oversees the project management office at ArcherPoint, LLC that provides project management and business analysis services to Dynamics NAV engagements.
