Mark Polino is a Microsoft MVP for Dynamics GP and a Senior Consultant with I.B.I.S., Inc. Prior to his work with I.B.I.S., Mark was the Chief Financial Officer for Transit Television Network, Mark has been working with Dynamics GP and its predecessors since 1999. He is a Florida licensed CPA and holds an MBA from Rollins College.
Mr. Gomez is the Executive Vice-president of Middle Market Solutions at IntellPartners, LLC., a strategic management and technology consulting firm in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. Mr. Gomez is a technology professional with over 15 years of experience delivering ERP implementations and multiplatform systems integrations around Microsoft technologies for organizations across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East in a wide variety of industries. He holds a MIS/Technology Admin from University of Phoenix, Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), BS/ Systems Engineering from Universidad Antonio Nariño.
Frank Hamelly, founder and CEO of East Coast Dynamics, is a Microsoft Certified Business Professional - GP, Microsoft Certified Trainer and Microsoft MVP. Hamelly holds certifications in Financials, Distribution, Report Writer and FRx and has over 10 years experience in Financials, Distribution, Sales Order Processing, Manufacturing, Project Accounting, Field Service and the Payroll and Human Resources series of GP. He also has project management and implementation experience with SAP, Baan, Fourth Shift, and MAS90/200.
Prior to his entry into software consulting, Hamelly held a broad range of accounting and finance positions from cost accountant to CFO in a variety of industries.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business Administration with Accounting concentration, his 20+ years industry experience includes manufacturing, aerospace, telecommunications, utilities, and professional services organizations.
Amber Bell has over 10 years experience in training users on Microsoft Dynamics GP. Amber's approach to hands-on training focuses on the critical "must know" features as well as the "One Microsoft" theme that shows users how to take advantage of familiar Microsoft Office tools to be more productive in Dynamics GP. Her step-by-step GP e-newsletter tips are subscribed to by GP users throughout the United States and even internationally. With a background in Purchasing, Payables, and Payroll, she is able to understand the stress and frustration that can affect new users and works hard to bridge the gap between a company's old system and the new processes that will be used in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Jivtesh Singh is a Microsoft Dynamics GP MVP, and a Microsoft Dynamics Certified Technology Specialist for GP 2010. Steve Endow is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Professional. He is the founder of Precipio Services, which provides Microsoft Dynamics GP consulting services, system integrations, customizations, and process automation for Dynamics GP partners and customers. Precipio Services works with Microsoft partners and customers to increase the efficiency of Dynamics GP, reduce costs, and help to produce competitive advantage.
Belinda Allen is originally from Georgia, and started Infoserv Accounting with her husband in 1989, which was primarily a payroll processing and booking department for small businesses in South Carolina, basically being the liaison between the customer and their CPA. In 1991, they became Great Plains Qualified Installers. Once they became a Value Added Reseller in 1992, they closed the accounting side, and focused exclusively on Great Plains. In 1998, they sold their customer base in South Carolina and moved to New York City; renaming their company to Smith & Allen Consulting. With over 20 years of experience, in a variety of businesses up and down the east coast, Belinda has a vast knowledge in GP and how people use it, earning her the nickname “Belinda, the GP CSI.”
Chetna is a Microsoft Dynamics GP Developer and Consultant with Smith and Allen Consulting Inc. She maintains a popular Dynamics GP related blog at www.gpwindow.com where she covers Dynamics GP Tips and tricks, news and resources. She has a background in Software Quality Assurance in variety of environments including automating the testing process for Web based and windows based applications. She is currently involved with Microsoft Dynamics GP Systems implementations, Integrations and Customizations.
Christina is a member of BKD’s Microsoft Dynamics GP team and brings over ten years of training and implementation experience with the Microsoft Dynamics GP solution including Forecaster, FRx/Management Reporter, Human Resources/Payroll and Project Accounting. She is recognized as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (Average Score: 8.9/9.00) and has been awarded the Top Instructor Award for Microsoft Dynamics GP for 2008 and 2009.
Christina has presented at conferences on a variety of Dynamics GP related business intelligence topics and contributed to curriculum and certification exams for Microsoft Learning Certification Courses. She has also served as a Technical Learning Guide at a number of Microsoft conferences.
Christina has extensive experience in business process analysis for both new and existing implementations, the ability to translate customer needs in to technical requirements and communicate with development and technical staff to achieve goals. She is known for outstanding documentation, organizational and project management skills, including use of SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft CRM.

Andy is Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP. Prior to his work at Fastpath, Andy was a financial systems implementation consultant for Microsoft Dynamics and an SAP management consultant at Ernst & Young. Andy graduated from the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Economics and Computer Applications.
A native of North Dakota, Errol’s 21-year career has been exclusively involved in the ERP/CRM software industry. As the Director of Product Management for the past 4 years, Errol has led the product direction of Microsoft Dynamics GP working closely with the development organization on strategy and cross-Microsoft product collaboration.
Errol previously led Partner and Field evangelism for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the early years of that products lifecycle. Errol gained international experience as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Microsoft Business Solutions Australia, leading the MBS sales and marketing strategies from 2001 to 2003.
Errol is based in Fargo where he was the Director of National and Global Accounts for Great Plains Software from 1999 to 2001. An accomplished presenter, Errol has delivered keynotes at hundreds of Microsoft and partner led customer events including main stage presentations at Microsoft Convergence (the largest Microsoft customer event).
