Sandor Schellenberg is the owner and founder of friendlyITsolutions, which mainly focuses on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related software in the Microsoft stack. He is a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant/Solution Architect and is specialized in data migration & integration. In autumn 2009 his work was recognised and rewarded with an invitation to Scribe Software MVP Program.
His roots in Microsoft-based Internet technologies go back more than fourteen years, and since 2005 he has specialized in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Starting with his first guest post on the blog of Menno te Koppele, he decided to start his own blog, Friendly Microsoft CRM Monster, a blog with a wink. Guy Riddle is a CRM Solution Architect for eSavvy (www.esavvy.com.au). Before joining eSavvy, Guy led the CRM product strategy for Praxa Limited (the Australian subsidiary of CDC Software) and prior to that founded Snapdragon Consulting, one of the first Microsoft CRM Consulting practices in Australia.
Guy has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including more than 12 years in CRM. He has been working with Microsoft CRM since October 2002. He established and runs the Microsoft CRM User Group in Sydney. He is a Microsoft CRM Certified Professional, a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and was awarded the prestigious CRM MVP status 5 years in a row.
Guy has worked on many Microsoft CRM projects and regularly works with Microsoft directly to assist with sales and technical training for both Microsoft personnel and partners.
Holding a degree in quantum physics and an MBA, Leon's passion is "solving business problems through intelligent use of technology". Leon has worked with various CRM systems for over 12 years including Dynamics CRM since it was released as a beta version.

Anne Stanton is a long time advocate and passionate supporter of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. She has worn the hat of SMB CRM Consultant, Dynamics CRM Partner and Enterprise user and has experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2004, starting with Microsoft Dynamics CRM v1.2.
Anne has twenty years of business and technology experience always focused on leveraging the latest applications for the highest efficiencies in business. She has an under graduate degree from University of Illinois in Computer Science and a graduate degree in Business Administration and Accounting from University of Phoenix mixing technology, finance and business best practices.

Larry Lentz is a computer professional with over 28 years of experience. In 1982 he joined Electronic Data Systems as a Systems Engineer and helped develop systems for the US Army Medical service. In 1989 he decided to become an independent and founded Lentz Computer Services. LCS serves the technology needs of small businesses in the South Texas area. In additional to taking care of his clients’ computers and networks, he has also specialized in contact management programs from the beginning. In the very early ‘90s he supported ACT! then moved to GoldMine in the late ‘90s. He was a GoldMine Gold Partner at one point. In 2004 he made the switch to Microsoft Customer Relationship Management, now known as Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Larry was awarded MPV for CRM in 2006 and has been fortunate to be reawarded each year since.
Larry is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and specializes in Dynamic CRM courses nationally. Since 1997 he has been running a study group which meets every Saturday morning to study for Microsoft certification exam. This has resulted in his being awarded numerous premium Microsoft certifications.

Andrew Snook is the President of Fastpath Solutions, a leader in compliance solutions for mid-market companies. Andrew has been working with Dynamics since 1999, and has assisted with compliance projects at over 100 companies that use Dynamics. Andrew is certified in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP, and has been a speaker at several conferences including Microsoft Convergence. Prior to his work at Fastpath, Andrew was a GP implementation consultant and worked on the management consulting team at Ernst & Young. Andrew graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Economics and Computer Applications.
Alex started programming when he was 10 years old on a Commodore 64, and then on an Amiga 500. Prior to joining PowerObjects as CIO, Alex spent 10 years with Fortune 500 Corporation General Mills where he held various IT management and leadership positions. With a wealth of knowledge and skills in application and infrastructure architecture and design, Alex’s primary role is to provide the day to day technical direction and leadership for PowerObjects development, cloud infrastructure and support teams. Alex also has a high interested in infrastructure security and has both a CISSP and CISA certification. Alex was awarded MVP for Dynamics CRM in 2010.
Jerry Weinstock is the owner and founder of CRM Innovation a Microsoft Dynamics CRM ISV. CRM

and web portals for the Dynamics CRM platform. Jerry is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP.
Jerry has extensive sales and marketing experience and has led many CRM implementations in the
Kansas City area since becoming a Microsoft Partner in 2003. His forte is serving clients as a business

Prior to joining Scribe in 2005, Antonucci served for over 25 years in leadership positions in channel development, channel sales, and direct sales, with Avnet/Hall-Mark, Hewlett-Packard, and most recently ManagedOps and Surebridge, who were acquired by NaviSite. In his director of channels role at ManagedOps, his leadership resulted in Microsoft ASP of the Year and Microsoft ASP Excellence Awards. As director of North American channel sales at NaviSite, his extensive channel sales experience resulted in the development of a robust sales channel, and triple-digit sales performance for NaviSite’s Microsoft Dynamics Channel Sales team.
Rudolf Melik is one of the four original founders of Tenrox. As CEO, he has grown the company from a start-up to a world class cloud-based project management solution provider. As the principal author of the first book written on Professional Services Automation (www.psabook.com) and his second book, The Rise of the Project Workforce, Managing People and Projects in a Flat World (www.projectworkforcebook.com), Rudolf demonstrates his extensive knowledge of project workforce management, project financial reporting and work process automation. Reuben Krippner has been working in the CRM software industry for over 12 years. He has been involved with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since the 1.2 release. He joined Microsoft in December 2004 as the first Microsoft consultant for Dynamics CRM in the UK (although he is a proud Australian!). In 2006 he took on responsibility for sales and technical readiness for the UK partner channel. In 2008 he relocated to Redmond to work on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product team as a senior product planning manager. Reuben works with the CRM research & development organization to shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Ken Wincko is a Senior Director of Marketing at Dun & Bradstreet, responsible for leading marketing campaigns and partner marketing programs for D&B360 and D&B Direct, D&B’s new data management solutions. Ken brings over 16 years of marketing experience in both B2B and B2C organizations across a broad range of marketing functions, including marketing strategy, marketing communications, product management, digital marketing, and partnership marketing.
Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Ken was a Senior Director of Marketing at ADP, where he successfully led product and marketing strategies for a portfolio of ADP small business online solutions. Prior to ADP, he held senior-level marketing positions at Citigroup, where he managed integrated marketing campaigns for their credit card portfolio and IBM, where he led aspects of their strategic alliance and ISV partner marketing programs.
Ken holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, as well as an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where he graduated with honors.
