Cindy Jutras is a widely recognized expert in analyzing the impact of enterprise applications on business performance. Utilizing over 35 years of corporate experience and specific expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, customer service and business performance management, Cindy has spent the past 5 years benchmarking the performance of software solutions in the context of the business benefits oftechnology.
Prior to founding Mint Jutras, Cindy was Vice President, Research Fellow and Group Director for the Aberdeen Group where she conducted survey-based research on ERP, suite-based enterprise applications and business performance management. During her tenure with Aberdeen she directly managed a variety of research practices including Enterprise Applications and ERP, Manufacturing, Product Innovation and Engineering, GRC and Financial Management, Strategic Service Management and Human Capital Management. In addition, she played a leadership role in developing Aberdeen research staff, methodologies and best practices.
Prior to joining AberdeenGroup, Cindy was a Senior Director at SSA Global, where she built partnerships for the purpose of collaborative business development and had been responsible for formulating and executing Pricing and Licensing strategies across eight product families and more than twenty product lines. Prior to this she was Vice President of Product Strategy for interBiz, a division of Computer Associates, where she led product direction and market planning, anticipating business requirements of manufacturing companies as economic, political and technological environments evolved worldwide. Her previous experience includes 10 years leading regional manufacturing consulting with the ASK Group, and an additional 10 years with a variety of manufacturing, consulting and software companies where she held a diversity of positions in software design and development, project and general management.
Cindy has traveled the world speaking at executive conferences on her original supply chain concept, Virtually Vertical Manufacturing. She is the author of the book ERP Optimization as well as numerous magazine articles and published white papers.
Cindy holds a Masters of Applied Science from Boston University and a BA from Merrimack College in mathematics, with concentration in physics and computer science.
Mike Ehrenberg is a Technical Fellow working on business application architecture for the Dynamics team within the Business Division at Microsoft. He leads the work on long term product roadmap, and on driving the relationships between Dynamics and the system, platform and tools teams across Microsoft.
Ehrenberg joined Microsoft in 2003, after 25 years of business application development across banking and brokerage transaction systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for process manufacturing, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions. At Olivetti, he led the development of one of the first commercial banking systems for Windows. As CTO at Marcam, Ehrenberg drove the development of the first ERP product for Windows NT, deeply architected for the Microsoft platform. At Frictionless Commerce, he led the development of one of the first complete SRM solutions deployable by design either on-premise or as a service.
Ehrenberg and his family live in Seattle, and love spending time cycling, skiing, watching and playing soccer, and enjoying the world champion Boston Red Sox and their distinguished golden retriever, Lucy.

Brandon George is a Senior Technical Architect with hands-on implementation and customization experience in Software Development, Database Design, and SQL Server. He has extensive experience in information systems including X++ programming, systems analysis, systems design, configuration, and project deployment. His diverse background in information and business systems gives him a great capacity to interact with people from various business areas and levels. He has outstanding analytical, problem solving, and communication skills as well as proven ability to help people understand complex issues. Brandon has worked on 10 full scale implementation projects for Dynamics AX, as well as numerous smaller engagments that surrond the Dynamics AX project base. He has also worked on the design and development of several integrations into / from Dynamics AX using .Net platform.

Dick Wenning has studied Computer Science in the Netherlands. Since completing his education he has developed software for the medical, local government and telecom industries. Dick started working in 2001 for Navision Netherlands where he was giving technical trainings and managing escalations at partner support. He became member of the localization team of Dynamics AX when Navision became part of Microsoft. His career continued for a short period at Watermark before he began working for Crimsonwing Promentum where he’s now part of skilled team responsible for ramping up Partners on Dynamics AX. Dick specializes on performance and integration with Dynamics AX and he’s asked frequently to consult with partners and also Microsoft in Europe.
Dick is also member of the AX 6 Beta program.
In his spare time, Dick is running his blog axstart.spaces.live.com and is a frequent speaker on technical seminars in Western Europe. This commitment has been recognized and rewarded by Microsoft with the MVP award. Dick is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) for Dynamics AX development and installation.

Andrew Snook is the President of Fastpath Solutions, a leader in compliance solutions for mid-market companies. Andrew has been working with Dynamics since 1999, and has assisted with compliance projects at over 100 companies that use Dynamics. Andrew is certified in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP, and has been a speaker at several conferences including Microsoft Convergence. Prior to his work at Fastpath, Andrew was a GP implementation consultant and worked on the management consulting team at Ernst & Young. Andrew graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Economics and Computer Applications.
From the young age of 14, Dr. Morten Middelfart had already begun working professionally in the software industry. His passion for computers continued to grow and by his 25th birthday he had established Morton Systems, a successful company specializing in business intelligence and business analytics.
His research into the ways people make decisions, both in terms of intelligence and the intuition behind it, became highly appealing to TARGIT and in 1997 Morton Systems was acquired by the company. Morten was appointed CTO for TARGIT and became responsible for its technological direction and educational activities. Today, TARGIT is recognized as one of the top 15 international vendors by industry analysts and has over 4,000 customers with more than 280,000 named users.
Morten has received his MBA from Henley Management College in the UK and holds not one, but two Ph.D.’s – one from Rushmore University in the US, where he published the groundbreaking book about Computer Aided Leadership and Management (CALM) and the other from Aalborg University regarding his revolutionary data mining mechanism, Sentinels. Morten’s second Ph.D. presents a series of algorithms which efficiently function as a new mechanism with data mining – a search for patterns and structures in large sums of data.
Robert is a Principle Consultant with I.B.I.S., Inc. and has over 14 years of ERP system implementation experience, focusing the last 9 years of his career exclusively to Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations specializing in Production, Trade and Logistics.
Noah Moseley is a founding partner of the MSX Group and specializes in budgeting, financial reporting and analysis software solutions. Noah has an accounting degree from Troy University and years of field experience implementing Microsoft FRx, Microsoft Forecaster and Microsoft Management Reporter for partners and clients as a Microsoft Certified consultant. His years leading consulting implementations have given Noah a broad understanding of budgeting and reporting requirements across a diverse range of industries including advertising, agriculture, aviation, government, legal, manufacturing, medical and non-profits – to list a few.

A 20-year technology consultant with a passion for developing highly optimized solutions, Greg Pierce is one of the foremost experts on cloud computing trends, systems integration and deployment strategies. A veteran Dynamics AX and NAV implementer, Christian has over 100 implementations under his belt, including his first at the age of 14. As the Director in Charge of ColumbusRetail, Columbus’ Retail practice, Christian works with clients to understand their challenges and goals so that he can provide solutions tailored to meet each client’s unique requirements.
Originally from Denmark, and now based out of Columbus' Costa Mesa office, Christian, has been an avid soccer player and fan for 30 years. He enjoys coaching his son’s team and spending time with his family in his spare time.
Thure Svane-Dupont has extensive experience in project management, general management and ERP (AX) implementations. He started working as Project Administrator for international development projects in 1988. In the 90’s he was Assistant Director in a distribution company in Denmark, and he has worked as ERP manager in a major Danish recycling company. The last 10 years he has worked for Columbus as Senior Business Consultant and Functional Solution Architect.

Tom and his team are devoted to helping companies find the right business intelligence solution to help your business whether it is large or small. Tom has been working with Business Intelligence for 5 years and has over 30 Business Intelligence installs.
Sanjay Soni is a Data and BI Platform Technology Solution Professional for Greater Southeast District (FL). He worked as the BI Platforms Evangelist in the Microsoft IT BI Engineering for 6+ years and was responsible for enabling BI to the masses at Microsoft. He is an MCDBA, MCTS and specializes in Business Intelligence using MS technologies including SSAS, SharePoint, SSRS, PerformancePoint, etc. Sanjay has presented at Tech-Ed, PASS, SQL Connections, TDWI and other events.
